The attack simulator is bad. There is no plan move base function. Script pack options and Center driven Script collection options are not accessible. No collection of all packages The automatic repair schedule is not working.
Did you update all your scripts this week? The old versions don't work on the updated game but there is a replacement for many of them. In particular the 'infernal wrapper' needs updating.

Hi where can I find the link to update CnCTA SoO SCRIPT PACK and CENTER DRIVEN CnC TA Basic Scripts extension. Chrome is reporting a 404. An error has occurred.

No extensions can be installed on Chrome. The package is invalid: CRX_FILE_NOT_READABLE.
Edge browser has these extensions, only valid on Edge extension://iinhdjdbohmkieohjicghgfnmioadici/options.html, extension://mhohhaneodmbojhibocihibkiiafigkl/options.html
but some are not functional.
The SOO pack / extension installed ok on my machine with the latest version of Chrome. It has the latest scripts highlighted in pink (when you go to customize it) and older ones in white.
The Centre Driven pack / extension caused no error but has August 4th as it's release date therefore will not have an updated infernal wrapper as that only became necessary in September.

The chrome extension links I posted are the ones that all Tiberium Alliances users have been using and have not encountered such issues.
That makes me see that the scripts are correctly published and the problem is not on the extension repository side.
Perhaps the problem is on the computer where you are trying to install them. Some type of outdated software, firewall problems, the antivirus program, company policies, etc.

I'm not sure if this would help you but it's what the google search told me.
Solution
1. Close Chrome.
2. Search for “regedit” in Start menu.
3. Right click on regedit.exe and click “Run as administrator”
4. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google.
5. Remove the entire “Chrome” container.
6. Open Chrome and try to install the extension.

Thanks for the information. I am letting you know that I have installed the new Chrome. It did not help. I have a laptop and all extensions work there. I reinstalled the mentioned extensions and it worked. I closed ESSET on PS. It did not help. I don't know why I can't download anything on the PC and everything is fine on the laptop. Thanks for the answer.
