I cant build up base or rt buidings. shows they are available to build but wont let me. No point even playing as I cant even build an army !!

Have you tried turning off all scripts? I and many others have been able to log onto Vet 9 and place buildings and build an army.

Imagine how busy this forum would be if we couldn't! Turning off scripts, using a different browser, clearing cookies and history all need trying.

Also, what is the fps number for you when you're logged onto Vet 9? (Bottom right info box.)
