Recovering EA accounts

Greetings.

It's been about 3 years since I played this game, I had two accounts EveliaDelC and Cesar-A76, by the time Tiberian 57 started I wanted to get them back but so far I haven't been able to. Is there any way to recover them? I have already tried everything and I follow the steps given in the help section but without any positive result. I would appreciate your help please.

In order to recover them you are most likely going to need the assistance of ea help & support.

If the e-mails attached to the accounts work, then following the process is easy, without the e-mail working recovery can be difficult or impossible - try ea support.

the e-mails affiliated to these accounts are active, and I never receive the verification codes. I will keep trying. Thank you for your response.

I'm sure you've looked, but sometimes they can end up in the spam folder - check also that you haven't blocked, by accident, messages from EA.

If possible also add ea.com to your allowed list (term varies between mail providers).
