Las credenciales no son correctas o han caducado. The credentials are not correct or have expired.

hola tengo un problema con mi cuenta justo ayer
quise iniciar sesion como todos los dias
y me doy con la sorpresa de que no se puede
hable dos veces con soporte o atencion al cliente
y no me dieron ninguna solucion
el ultimo que me atendio me dijo que haga un nuevo hilo aqui
el problema es que cuando quiero iniciar sesion me sale un mensaje

lo hice varias veces antes de contactar con asistencia
espere dos hs intente de nuevo y nada alguna solucion?

  • Clear all cookies and history on the browser you're using as well session files.
    You need to have access to the original e-mail account used for your login.

    https://www.ea.com/games/library/pc-download is the replacement for orign.com.

    Using the app (it has some issues however) should allow you to log in and change your password.
