500 SERVER ERROR ISSUE 8th March - 10th March

Login issue since 03/08/23. I cannot get pass the login screen which comes up 3 times before I get a screen that says - Server has encountered an issue. Please try again later. When I come back later, I get the 500 error screen.

This is happening on both browsers, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome which are all updated. I have tried clearing browser data with no results, updating my password and also running incognito mode and continue to get 500 error screen

I am using Windows 10. I am playing on World: Tiberium 55. I live in USA.

PLEASE HELP - I NEED ACCESS TO THE GAME ! ! !

I get an error 500 when trying to login. For some reasons, the sign in button was not shown and only play button (at the top right page) had been shown when opening up the game page. When I clicked it and select "Play Now", I got the error 500.

Is this a new login feature now? What's the right procedure to login with this new login feature?

Any help is appreciated.

try refreshing the page - clearing cookies, history and especially cache.

from January 1, 2023, problems with logging into the account began, each time you need to change your password, which is extremely inconvenient. Tell me, does everyone have such problems or just me. My region is Russia. Thank you in advance for the answer.

Not everyone is experiencing the same issues. The issues aren't confined to access from Russia however as some in the Netherlands and elsewhere also have the same issue.

It is unlikely a 'fix' will happen over a weekend. The game developers have no access to that part of the system and rely on EA to make it work.

Apart from the usual suggestions of clearing cookies, session files and stopping scripts I can't offer much in the way of assistance.

do the direct links to world access still work?

its an EA login verification problem id assume since it requires a password change, you dont actually have to change your password to a new one you can reenter the old one. there used to be a world select link posted as a bypass for login issues.

Yea, this is a burden, taking up time and jumping through hoops just to log in, even after being online playing earlier in the day. Not sure the if and when they can get this fixed but time is money and the game is money for EA but not even addressing the issue is not cool. Compensation time!

This is extremely annoying and whatever glitch is going on is creating some issues when game freeze ups, marker hang ups and other issues with the game arise. Going through the steps of a password reset when having to reboot the game during PVP is ****.

im having no problems refreshing my page when it crashes, sometimes i have to hit the back button a couple times but im not using any scripts so thats probably why.

Been having the same issue for a few days. Sometimes I have to clear history just to get to the login page. Then of course password has to be reset. Sometimes I get lucky and clicking on the launch will get me in.
