500 SERVER ERROR ISSUE 8th March - 10th March

  • Can not log in. says system 500 error
  • Druid, its not resolved until people say it is. Why doesn't purchase of funds work? I'm sure it is related to this other nonsense..

    I go to the home page and click the "start game" button and the page refreshes over and over every time I clicked the button without loading the game.

    But if I use the change world URL, I am authenticated with my user and I can choose the world I want to play.

    From my personal point of view, it is not solved.

    You're right, it definitely SHOULD be. Unfortunately, it is not.

    I can get the same as you, but when clicking on the 'play now' then 'launch game' it works for me.

    I can only report what I find and I am told by those who work on the issue. It should have been resolved, it isn't fully resolved.

    As above, if you can get to the front page, then try 'play now' then 'launch game'.

    Definitely not resolved and nothing to do with any kind of local issue. As I state above I have tried from multiple browsers on multiple pc's from multiple networks and internet providers. All have the issue. Can still use the link shown above to get in the back door but unable to buy funds or anything.

    Yes we are too. Our account can't log in.. Our account is Nadsantoso, Najwaindo and Sansantosboy. All can't change button click. Please fix it as soon as possible

    I am from Indonesia. Yes we are the same problem. Even clear cache, history... still can't change the world.... Please fix it
  • I think this is ridiculous, EA should compensate everybody for this. It's the second time it's happened in a short period of time and unacceptable. And to insult everybody by saying "clear your cache and cookies" is insulting. C'mon, 100% up time or go out of business (personally, I think your garbage company should be shut down anyway)
  • I just tried again and today it has worked normally, at least for me in this first test.

    It is now also working again for me using the front page route.

    I've merged a few other reports into this thread as per the forum policy of not having multiple threads about the same (or similar) issue.

    This has become a long thread - the issues from January - March seem to be generally resolved so I'm closing this thread. Any new issue arising can be brought up in a new thread!
