500 SERVER ERROR ISSUE 8th March - 10th March

    then you should understand that in such systems the fault can be at both sides, and while EA is the authenticating agent there might be some problem with communication on the game side. such integrations and debugging them might not be trivial at all, maybe it is just the one server which runs an out of date code, or which is trying to authenticate too many requests than its hardware is capable of.

    it was the weekend, is there a budget for cncta that includes after hours and holiday service? we dont know what is to blame and as far as the effects, we have received compensation many times in the past. i care because its likely an electronic error and every time something is wrong with this game, a flood of otherwise mute players comes into the forum and get nasty at druid and just repeat the same old threats of quitting or never buying funds again. its the computers guts fault for not working right all weekend not any single persons, unless the russians hacked us and i dont always feel good, i cant blame the cook for the food i eat making me feel sick and not want to work. you owe an apology to druid and i think you understand my point enough now that nothing else needs to be said about it, the game is all fixed now im sure they will announce a new server soon and a small recompence to boot.
  • It is not just logging in issues, the other part is lots of players cannot buy funds. Creditcard payments dont work.

    And lots of people who really play to win only and are now getting screwed and fall behind.

    These issues can all be understood, if they are solved in hours. It is now, what, 5 days?? How long we have to listen to **** about "we are working on it"? It should be: We are firing people because of this ****-up!
    It is surreal we have to wait for days for you nerds to sort this out.
  • I have changed my password 4 times in the last 4 days. I have checked and a lot of us have to do this. I buy EA points to have play time on this game. If I have to fight every time to try and get on, I waste my time. If I don't get to play because of "ERROR 500" I am losing the playing time I paid for. So are you guys going to fix this "ERROR 500"? Or are you going to return our money?
  • The above says that I am a 'New Member" I have been playing C&C on disk and then online for the last 25 years.

  • Its letting me log in then the homepage wont load where you login to your game world.

  • Yes, it is. I also have 2 other account names. I couldn't log on with them either.
  • Note: I emphasize again that opening a comment here is not reporting a problem to EA, in most cases it is the components of the game community itself that help as much as possible and are not part of EA.

    I have found a link where you can explain this issue to EA to see if they can provide a solution.

    EA does not read our protests and complaints, they only know those that are reported through their online help service, because a label (a code) is generated for each error that occurs and that hurts them.

    The game developers are very involved in this forum and contribute to (almost) everything they can about the game but there are parts that are managed by EA where they can help very little or nothing.

    As the game developers have already stated here, they are collaborating with EA to find a solution. Although this "collaborating" sounds like "we are protesting because EA can't find a solution and it is giving bad image to customers and the solution is not in our hands".

  • Error 500 apear again after I clean Chrome Histry , cashe... from all time. I can login with Firefox

    Please, open your eyes. Alot of people having LOGIN issues. I had to change my password 6 times just to login WOW been playing this game for 7 years and been thru alot of issues for Gods sake give us something now its so unplayable

    May I ask why you ask (almost say demand) gamerdruid to fix something that doesn't depend on it?

    From what I've read throughout the thread, the bug occurs in many countries and the EA teams should be working on its resolution now. The fact that they are working does not mean that they are fast or good professionals.

    You may think that @gamerdruid is part of EA but it's NOT.

    He has the same problems than us.

  • Nice to know its just not me. So far I have lost my main account as I dont have access to the email address. Now I am running out of passwords for my new account. I just dont understand why EA feels the need to have such ridiculous over the top security on this game. Its easier to get into my damn bank than this !!!!!!
