  • as I understand it, we are to blame for everything - we smoked, drank alcohol, swore obscenities and did all this right during the game...   • If someone is going to say clean cookies again it will not work I run 3 browsers and they all say the same error

    Error code: 54005 comes up on 3 browsers so it is not the cookies been over 18hrs now

    We are currently interested in the URL shown in the address bar of your browser when THIS specific error occurs. If anyone could post the URI here in the thread it could help us with our investigation.

    Since the error is appearing sporadic/at random we are grateful if users can assist us at hunting down this bug.

  • Good morning everyone.
    Since 05/01 login problems, expired or incorrect credentials.
    No login possible on "EA support" as well same message. Sunday 08/01 I managed to change the password, but after 2 hours usual problem and no login. On Monday I started contacting Electronic Arts by phone, made several password changes, but when I returned home (therefore changing internet access even if from the same operator) the same problems of expired or invalid credentials always occurred. Only since yesterday an operator advised me to activate "2-factor authentication" which I had previously deactivated. I have been playing for 10 years always with the same accounts, never had any problems, I find it useless to have to authenticate if I change telephone operator or support (PC). In any case......
    I still have some problems, 500 error, 400 error, black screen, but by forcing access by logging in again I can access the game. Some problems are more persistent if I use Chrome, while with Opera it is easier to access.
    An account that I use can't log in on Opera while on Chrome it doesn't.
    If I put the same account under replacement, it is detected by the receiving account as "inactive" while instead it works correctly.
    However, the same account can correctly manage the substitutions assigned to them.

    the account that doesn't work as a replacement is Nontisento4 and on Chrome, when I select "change world" I receive this message

    gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com ti ha reindirizzato troppe volte.

  • I was logged in since this morning, I logged out of the 2 accounts and tried to log in again, with one I get the message at the bottom, and if I click start game "error 500", with the other account only the flashing EA brand. Both Chrome and Opera.
