Bug - Fortress attack CP cost

it's a nice bug/feature though...
it happened to me also, but i didn't have enough proof.
cp cost for player bases that should be 40/41 are actually 20... as if the fortress is in alliance territory.
noticed this on leo's fort attack on firestorm 17 also (see at @ 38:27):
