returning to alliances from 2013 cant put down base

hi im returning from 2013 and all my bases are in the inner zones destroyed. i cant put down any of them. what can i do?

• search the forum for similar issues?
• don't panic/spam?
• relocate?
• zoom?

Assuming you can actually log into the world then the advice above is correct. You need to relocate. Sometimes due to the modern screen resolutions the relocate button is not visible but can be made visible by zooming out in your browser.
