firestorm 20 POIs cap
So in my opinion you have messed up badly on firestorm 20 . You have announched to be a world with very high POIs which we have to fight for them to get them and bla bla bla , challenge accepted however , if the cap of their bonus is for war pois until 67 lvl and for economy pois up to 73 levels , what the point to have lvl 75 76 78 79 POIs ??? I can guess that when you designed the game there was not intension to give so high lvl POIs but now that you are giving worlds with different modes and with such high lvl of pois you need to pay more attension . I am not sure if you can change it in the mid sever however as I said is quite odd to giving high level POIs which in reality add 0 bonus . make no sense

Rank multiplier is the next best thing.
World ruleset bonus multiplier (same for all) is *2 (200%) => Bonuses have a huge gap depending only of the alliance rank.
Small world (center at 330:330) => a bit crowded.
If your current bonuses do not satisfy your alliance needs, then prepare for PvP. Other alliances might do the same...
(Firestorm 17 is even smaller 200:200 and the gap between alliances depending on bonuses rank is even greater... *3 bonus multiplier. A few alliances have 1000 + PvP.)

BTW: How much time does it take a level 80 base to repair ?
A 65 base is about 1 week on "standard" worlds... did they tweak the world ruleset for 80s here ?
so what the sense to have lvl 75 POI or higher , if those POIs are giving 0% bonus ? it makes 0 sense to me . The all point of the server is to fight for higher level POIs and Bonus at the same time , which in fact cant happen . We will fight in the center and will be the same if we earn a resonator lvl 79 or if we lose it cause a level 70 resonator will be giving exact the same bonus....
having the level 70 only, your alliance could be rank 36 (worst scenario... there are 35 Resonators level 71+) with only +5% rank multiplier.
There's a HUGE gap in bonus depending only on the POI score ranking multiplier.
thats only 20% in any case difference for between the 1# and 2# alliance there.... so 1# alliance has 400% second alliance has 380% not big deal . and if for war pois might make a small difference , for eco pois makes 0 difference with the productions we already have . so still the all situation make 0 sense and is an obvious mistake from developers here which should be fixed
