Hi there, Not sure if I am under the right topic. I bought a medium supply package. When I loaded the 6 hour repair time from the supplies and resources tab it did notregister. I have to load it by opening my base, going to my army, go to repair time and then load it from the drop down menue. How can I be assisted to get value for my purchase cause I now seemingly "lost" it and it seems to be a bug that needs attention
I would at the least appreciate if the bug is fixed from a developers point of view for future and to avoid others losing their money, cause I wrote the money off. Hopefully I will remember in the heat of things that I should not load rt directly from the supplies menu because of the bug. Hopefully it is fixed already at the time of writing this! Having re-read your post, I don't see a bug. The rt package will have been added to one of you bases if you've used it from the supplies tab.
You need to be very careful when you use rt packages because they are added to the base that is open, or if no base is open to the last base open/used.

A bit of a late reply from me but I will take screen shots next time. I do think I had only one army at that point but due to the time that passed now I can not be sure and I make VERY sure now that I load rt from the army base and not the general supplies tab even if I have one army. Plus I dont feel like taking the risk of losing more money just to simulate the mistake and prove either your or my point. But anyways thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure, but even with only one army base it's possible that the rt was added to a different non-army base. It would still be there if no rt was used.
