Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge not download in EA App

C&C Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge will not download; Says "Preparing", creates a folder for the game then states "An error has occured; try again later". Never works and I have tried all troubleshooting. The issue is on EA's end.

Same issue for me. I'm transferring my data to a new PC and ran into this issue. I'll probably try this again tomorrow.
