Sorry but can someone help me?
I have access problems on 2 "expired or invalid credentials" accounts, the EA toll-free number does not answer and invites me to go to HELP.EA.COM where I am asked for my Mail and password, but I cannot log in because they are invalid or expired. How should we proceed in this situation?

    Everything blocked, the password reset systems don't work, they don't send the codes.
    And when you randomly succeed every time you log out everything from the beginning.
    Same thing last year same time, windows updates and everything goes ballistic

    Everything blocked, incorrect or expired credentials, or "we are experiencing technical problems, try again later".
    Every day I have to try again to change the password...............

    Nothing works, not even the recovery or password change methods. All accounts locked,invalid or expired passwords. Can any of the developers or moderators please reply?????

    I can reply but as a moderator can't do anything. Developers could reply but can't do anything about the situation. The only people who can help with this is EA and they don't visit these forums.

    Well thanks for the answer, I certainly didn't expect anything else. At least know why EA has removed the telephone assistance, last year with the same problems in half an hour, I had solved the problem for 4 accounts, now instead.........!!!!!!

    Hi Druid, a little more concrete help? reset password does not work, forgot password does not work, the mobile number has now undergone too many attempts, messages with the new codes do not arrive on the e-mails. By chance, every now and then an account works in the evening and not during the day, home and work are 400 meters away and I use the same telephone operator, mystery................ QUESTION OF THE CENTURY why did they remove telephone assistance ????????????????
    It would be nice to have an answer

    Did you check your spam folder for e-mails? I recently had important messages flagged as spam and only by chance checked for a different reason.

    good morning, of course I've checked everything, deleted history deleted cookies, the fact is that even if I can reset the password as I log off it's all to be done again. Some accounts even manage to reset the password as I try to connect it still gives me the same message credentials expired or invalid.
    The main problem is that telephone assistance no longer exists, I repeat the same problems last year, but everything was solved in half an hour. An answer on this new assistance policy?

    The question is always the same, do I have all accounts blocked, password resets don't work, is there still a telephone service to connect to, or have they deleted everything?

    Sincerely Druid if you are not able as a moderator to help don't answer, someone must be able to. EA's new policy of not providing telephone support needs to be explained. it is useless for telephone messages to indicate that the assistance method has been changed, and it is necessary to go to https://help.ea.com/it/help-home/ if the email address or password are not recognized or the changes are not accepted. I repeat the same problems were addressed last year, but through telephone assistance which forced the acceptance of the password change. So a helpful answer.....?

    it is where i went mailed them to help that i couldnot get into an account did not have security questoin answer or ability to get into recovery emailthey said no problem they could help was not this account and was a few years back . and in DM but i do not mind loading a screen shot if you want
