I agree 110%, forgotten attacks with morale is ridiculous, people have been asking for forgotten attacks without morale, and good old EA just keeps on ignoring their requests.. their new mission is to build a game nobody wants..
Morale is just interesting feature. EA is wrong not about morale or no-morale worlds (in my opinion they are doing great wining money) but not bringing new features, larger patches with more changes, new factions - or at least 1 new faction, small settings that would make game more fun!
We've been through this many times over the time I've played TibAlliances, but here is my offering as to a change to produce a special world. The criteria used was that it should be seem simple to me as a non-programmer to implement as the features are already developed to some extent.
My suggestion:
A world with hubs spread around (same level as now) but not close to centre (similar to a vet world) still with a fortress where you need to hold an outer ring as well as an inner one before you can attack fortress - no POI's either players must hold an inner and an outer hub to shoot at fortress and/or inject on a small world.

Get a better job and bring more money if you want to play this game.
I think mostly long term players aren't that niaev to spend more money on a mode they don't want just because EA have suggested it
