Substitutions

I have some subbed accounts that I can't log into, when I try to log in it directs Me back to My account, this problem only occurred today, when will that be fixed?

same problem here when you use subaccounts you get redirected to your'e own account

Which worlds does that problem appear on? Have you tried the cach&cookie cleanup?

cleared cache and cookies, still doing it World 82 and 57, assuming it's the same on 81 and 93

Well of the worlds are still being restarted from the maintenance today. This might be related.

same here, i can not access my sub accounts. a new tab pops up when i login to them and it opens my account again and crashes it in the original window/ "you have been logged out" nice patch /sarcasm

I have got the same problem....

When choose to open a subs, a new tab load with my account, not the subs. :-(

Cache & cookies cleaned many times. :-(

Same here. It happened after the update deployed on Server 42. Not sure if it is because the substitution is a player that hasn't logged in for 2 years. I did read they were going to delete accounts that hadn't been logged into.

We are aware of the troubles with substitutions, we hope to deploy a patch tomorrow asap.

It seems the problem is on all worlds, including the PTE (which is often different setups so doesn't break when others do!)

same thing just happened to me 5 minutes ago on Tiberium 34; logged in, goto login a sub acct- and it reloads my page, then disconnects me

Same here on Tib 32. Other players in our Alliance reporting same thing. This and problems with sound and logins since the last patches were applied.

every time ea decide to do an update things mess up. why cant they leave things alone.
or is this just another way to kill peoples enthusiasm for this game by making it so time consuming to change between accounts/subs.
i cant log in to my subs at all.
if there are people doing fort hits this is going to ruin it.

Stock Answer Clear Catch, reload, Etc
But that will not work as EA has Mucked up again in applying a Patch that Cocks every thing up

But sometimes the stock answer works. On here we only hear when it is not working or from people who have not tried it.

PLEASE FIX THE FIX YOU JUST FIXED. multiple if not all servers are NOT allowing Sub access, it is not the cache or cookies it is the busted patch that you installed. why do you guys think you need to keep screwing with the game ? it works fine until you do more stupid stuff. do you ever test this **** before activating it ?
