http://prntscr.com/jftbkx

Cookies a eliminar:

Ejemplo: http://prntscr.com/jftehr
For those who suffer the error of not being able to change the world when they authenticate click on the 'Change server' option and use Chrome:

http://prntscr.com / jft4wf

Delete all the cookies and caches of the system will make us lose the configuration of other games or services of other companies that we have stored in our browser. So instead of 'Delete everything' we will selectively eliminate everything related to our beloved game.

On the right side of the address bar we click on the three vertical points and choose the option 'Settings'. We go down the page and click on 'Advanced configuration'. Within the 'Privacy and security' menu we click on the option 'Content configuration'. And we choose 'Cookies' among the different options shown. If we click on 'View all cookies and all website data' we can see all the information stored in our browser on the different web pages we visit.

http://prntscr.com/jftbkx

Within this section of the configuration you only have to delete the information related to EA and Command & Conquer indicated below:

Cookies to be deleted:

- accounts.ea. com

- alliances.commandandconquer.com

- ea.com

- forums.ea.com
(only if you access these forums with a different account than you are playing)

- gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer. com

- prodgame14.alliances.commandandconquer.com
(the server number depends on each world)
Contains the player settings for each world [/ i]

- signin.ea .com

Next we click on 'Close session' of the game itself.

And we return to authenticate in the game, then we have again available the different worlds in which we play habitually:

http://prntscr.com/jft977

Important note: Quiet, EA information and Command & Conquers will be available in the browser once we access the game but we will have to reconfigure some of the options of each world and the scripts we already had in motion. Example: http://prntscr.com/jftehr

  • IMHO we should NOT HAVE TO clear cookies , cache , etc .... etc .... etc every day to play this game ... NOT our fault .. its yours ...disgraceful this is . T.S.O game( The Settlers Online) dont have these issues and if any issues arise they sort out that day and give a little gift as a sorry .. here we get nout .....and usual excuses and blame passed on to us .. like its our computers fault ... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • This is only a temporary solution, EA must fix this problem inside his own code:

-- DO NOT DELETE ALL COOKIES --

For those who suffer the error of not being able to change the world when once authenticated they click on the "Change server" option and using Chrome:
    http://prntscr.com/jft4wf

Agreed, we should not have to do this but this is real life and at present if you want to play then it becomes necessary. It's not our fault. Historically, EA did not update the login system when every other EA game was updated and as a result we're way behind in terms of security (their security as well as ours).

Either accept the problems and work around them for now, ignore the problems and proceed in real life to other pastimes or come here and moan........I know which I'll be doing......

  • I don´t come here to moan... i come here to say Ea are not able to fix the problem.
  • Hola @beruby !

    Translation:
It has worked for me with all my players and worlds.

Normally I try to erase just the right cookies but on several occasions I have had to erase all those that have something to do with the game (as indicated at the beginning of the thread) so that it comes back to life.

It is important that once you have the game cookies deleted, you give the option "Close session" that appears on the main page of the game.

I usually enter the starting address by hand (https://www.tiberiumalliances.com/es/logout) to force the game to eliminate everything.

  • I'm a computer tech. I've done all that ****, rebooted, ran malwarebytes, ran PC Matic, defragged, ran chkdsk, deleted cookies, all for not. This has been going on since the update. The only way I can login is by logging out [not new session] log in and changing servers. New session was working and I could change accounts but not now. I've been playing this game for years and this is the worst it has been.
  • While Reading This Forum Via Game bottom Right form
While reading it I have Been Logged out of Game AGAIN
Now spending time Trying to log in and then getting in after 5 or 6 goes only to be logged out in a matter of a few minutes
Come on this is now getting past a Joke

I find that when reading the forums via the in-game link it will also close the window for the game when I sign in to the forum via sign-in. To avoid this happening I right click on the sign-in (for the forum) and open it in a new tab. This avoids it closing the game to place the redirect in the game in the game window.
