By default, I get login into a Veteran World which is no longer active. I am not able to change world. Has been like that since the 9th. Is EA trying to close this game!
Have the programmers just blown us all off because they can't admit they screwed up the login procedure, or are they actively working on a fix? Obviously, if they just went back to the process/script that was in place for years, the problem would be solved.
They have been working on the problem - going back wasn't an option available.
The problem is thought to be fixed, with stable login procedure for single logins once the fixes are circulated around the various servers that are used. This unfortunately takes time.

when I click on "change world" the TA home page loads in the box where the various worlds are supposed to be displayed, so i get a home page within a home page. This is on chrome. Clearing browsing data and restarting chrome haven't helped.

Have you logged out of the account before clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser?
can we get this sorted so we do not need to clear cache , cookies and the like ... not rocket science .. just get it sorted .. asap .. and aknowlegment from EA apologising for this mess and something from them as a sorry ... before they lose everyone .. dont hear peeps blasting or seeing this on THE SIMS or FIFA forums ... its like this is something they dont give two hoots about and would like to fook it off
This is nothing that could be blamed on any party specific. Its a bug in the system and pointing fingers wont resolve it. I understand it makes everyone feel better who is affected but its not very productive.
We are working on resolving the issue. We fix an issue with a faulty server yesterday and once the game session management has been improved logins will become normally available again. I can't promise anything for multi-accounting at the same time however.
ok .. are we getting any compensation for all this inconvienence ... i play another game and if they have similar problems ( not very often btw) .. it gets sorted and we get compensated .. that day .. in this games we should get CP & RT added and 3-4 days of tib n cry added etc to our totals ... as so many have lost etc for the lack of gaining entrance to servers.....

Have you tried logging out, back in and then going to tib28 to use the in-game world changer. I know it's a long winded process but if it works then you're at least able to send a sub until all of this mess is cleared up.

I have log out a few times, clear my browser historie, cookies, cache , still doesn't work.
Tryed with firefox and chrome.
A last resort suggestion, try a different computer! I know many have an old one stashed away, or maybe a friend has a computer you could use just this one time.

Are still being redirected to the landing page or are you having a different issue?
