Funny how complaint topics get closed.
I guess this is just a continuation of EA and the moderator ignoring customers. Easier to close a discussion than it is to resolve and explain the issues. I believe an explanation is appropriate given that this is a repeat of a problem that existed before servers were ever moved!! I also believe compensation is owed by EA. The loss of crate collection and the time lost is a financial loss to players. That doesn't mean a discounted funds sale!!!. How about 1000 in funds given to all, EA.
