Next PTE reset

When is the next reset of PTE in preparation for Firestorm 10? Is it late July. A simple yes or no answer will do. I'm planning to rejoin the PTE as soon as it resets.

Unknown - FS 10 is the next world to start and until the current problems are resolved won't be launched. As a result August is the most likely time for a new PTE.

The sooner the problems are resolved, the better. My guess is that the 'movers' were a bit inexperienced, or the server move was very messy, like moving to a new home, whereas the home before had many items in it. Is there a chance that the PTE server would reset on the last week of July if the move finished early?
I'm itching for a new world, as I haven't played in a while, I practiced in cncopt while waiting. I did use one of my dead accounts, but I only play on random worlds (with forgotten attacks) for a single day, I never played that specific world on day 2.

I think August has become unrealistic by now, or the very least only at towards end of it. In the meantime, we are gathering input on new variation and mutations to the ruleset and world configuration :)
People have suggested classic worlds or speed worlds and PVP worlds so far and there is the idea to toy with POI distribution further.

I would suggest this: its a 'PvP and PvE oriented world'. The forgotten bases would be so steep, that only a high level player can defeat it. A player has to grow via PvP in order to take down the forgotten bases and unlock high level POI's. This PvP should be able to obtain all the loot from the victim, like the pre-patch updates, where the plunder wasn't capped. On the other hand, players can basically farm bases without losing repair time, E.g. like how a late low level player attacks a forgotten base to earn a massive amount of RP. Such attacks need to focus on out-ranging.

This high level bases might even discourage multi-accounting players, as they would have to earn a lot to take down a high level base.

P.s. good luck with the server move, it must be quite messy and troublesome. May you be able to resolve all the situation and become more experienced from this hardship. I think I saw your base in PTE a few months before and I didn't bother attacking it as I respect you as moderator to this forums and the web game itself.
