subs access and unable to change worlds

1. unable to access subs on wrath 15 and world 75 for the past two days 2. was playing this morning and all of a sudden the game won't change worlds???

Already a few days gives an error when trying to log into the SUB of other accounts.

we still having issues with sub accounts not being able to load . and slow server changes since ea last damn maintenance can those teks fix this damn issue now .

This is a complete disgrace. Developers don't even think about fixing the problem. It's outrageous.

The developers are investigating the lack of subs working, which is not confined to Wrath 22 as it also happens on W77, W26 but is working on others. They will need to find the route cause before they can correct it.

World 102 no options menu, subs, etc.

This should be fixed now, the broken part was located and a correction put in place by restarting the affected worlds.

According to whom?

A broken part might have been located, but no testing was performed and no rollout was patched to guarantee no other worlds were affected.

No subs available to anyone on W28 and 50+ other worlds I'm sure.

It was a software glitch - it was restarted. It glitched again. W28 is to be restarted, maybe!

Yes, I am monitoring here, passing on to Enigm who is reacting - but I think too many are affected to do this firefighting on a Sunday without full tools available to him.

W54 is also affected - and as you said a number of others. I can't check every world and I'm not sure he can at home either.

I recommend refreshing the browser window if you had it open while the server was restarting, substitution should be working again

I did that and the cookie dump and just tried on wrath 15 options button does not even respond

Guys could you please also check Tib30? Problems with subs there.
Tib 23 and Tib 35 are ok (at least for me).

hi gamerdruid, i cannot access my subs on the old w21, we do hope to still go for the fortress there, and can only do that with my subs. i have not tested all the worlds i still play.

World 21 is part of the maintenance today, so it will be restarted later. After that the substitution should be restored as well.
