Items etc. will carry over, but activated capacities will continue. That time can not be reimbursed.

Bases will be reset, so stored time will get lost, but the capacity booster might still be active when the world comes back. The runtime on them however will continue afaik.

Another Update on the situation: We restricted the ingame shop now. The Bundles with repair time crates are gone. Those who have managed to secure repair time crates may still find them in their inventory when the world is back online but will be unable to activate them.
