Hi whats happening with the Funds loss ? i spen 20k funds buying your bundle after server closed u restarted it and 2d 12 hr rt gone 15 supply pakage for 30 day gone 900 cp for 30 days gone ?????? are we going to get our funds of compensation back or not ?

yes some off us buy at 14:00 hrs when this server started early at 14:00 than 16:00

I have been unable to purchase funds for months now get an error message along the lines of RE DIRECTED TO MANY TIMES if EA dont need my money fine there loss not mine game is broken anyway with no fix in sight despite the complaints from the people who pay money to play it

Another is use a different browser - sometimes that is enough for purchases to work.

Question to EE_Elephterion how much refund did you give for person who purchased 1 premium pack ? i cannot c any message to what u refund ? how much ta funds u give out ?i spend 19,999 on that premium bundle who much u give back was it full refund or partial ?

I purchased a medium supply pack on the 29th Mar, after the normal start time. The 6 hour RT voucher is in my inventory but I can't use it, it comes up with an error with no means to clear the error other than restart the game. Same happens if I try again. I can send screenshots if you let me know how, but I don't see a method to DM you.

Yes, Those packages have been deactivated on the WCS. We have refunded the entire Supply Package with Funds to your Wallet so you can purchase different Items.
