  It isn't just the Ukraine world - W107 has it too:

  However they are not enabled. The command line doesn't do anything as it does on the PTE.

  Yesterday my friend moved bases to another sector.This morning I wanted to move them,but what I saw is that the penalty for moving the base exceeds the time of protection of the base
