Satcode Question

Due to personal problems I did not arrive in time to participate in the attack on the fortress yesterday. I did not have the opportunity to use my code to reduce the level of defense and get extra attack time but still my teammates destroyed the fortress.
When I looked today I realized that I no longer have the code, is this normal? Is the satellite code lost even if you do not use it?

I know that the fortress marks all the components of the alliance that destroyed it as enemies to destroy them when it is rebuilt but ... do you also remove all the satellite codes even though they were not used?

Same issue here on Tiberian 35.

All the guys who were not on hubs still have their codes after the Fortress attack except me.

Any reason why this is the case?

A bug - if the fortress is killed all players of that alliance (and some who have left too) will lose their sat codes if the system works as intended.
