Technical issue - no supplies in Tiberian 43

Usually for a day I used to get about 3 to 5 Supply Crates after destroying Forgotten's Camps or Outposts. This is not the case for me for about a week. I have games on other servers (Tiberian 41 and 42) and there the supplies continue as usual.
This seems to be a technical issue - please have a look.

Hello Commander, the usual question, have you tried clearing cache and cookies yet?
Are there any Scripts active?

I have cleared the cache and problem seems resolved - Supply Crates appear as usual. Thanks!

Hello again. Unfortunately the issue is back - today I did not get any supply crates (yesterday I got two, and both were outside of my territory). I cleared a few times the cache and the cookies today, and signed in a few times but with no effect in regards crates. I use Chrome Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit).
No scripts are used or installed.

Please, have a look at this.

Which world does this happen on? Still Tib43?

The issue is persistent. Did you get a chance to look at this? All these harms the production growth prospects..

I did not received an answer so far, and currently despite updating my Defense HQ defense points remain the same 248!!! Seems you completely disregard my complains. Why?
