RReport a player

Help me out guys. I am kinda stunnend and uhh shocked

When u want to report a player for his or her bahavior... And u use the regular support report player option on the AE site https://help.ea.com/nl/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/
u get the following reply from them.
Now correct me if i am wrong but reply to my email, then tell me to go to the following site they send me in reply THAT is the same site as originally used is in my opinion lack of knowledge or just stupid

So who can help me with that

EDIT: Removed 'helpers' name.

The game has a in-game route for reporting a player. Use that as, as you have found, EA support don't deal with 'in-game' issues directly. The reports go to EA support, but not the regular place, as far as I can work out.
