Yes, like I said, we raised the max level of EVERYTHING.
Later we will try and increase the Bonus values of POIs further separately to 200%. Bonus values should double.
This test something went totally wrong...
we have malus on level 40 bases, and here is a mix of 38 and 51...
That was apparently expected. There is also a mix of level 60+ and 47+ in the centre. Any existing forgotten bases that are killed will eventually respawn at the new levels indicated by the increased tunnel values and the rings on the world view.

PTE will take probably another hour or more until it comes back online, as we are currently benchmarking how long a complete recalculation takes for a world.
It may be a while yet. I've asked for a stack of crystal and power crates of all values to enable faster progress. Not likely to get them, but always worth asked!

Once they verify that it works correctly they can remove it whenever they want.
This is all true - but the history of the PTE is that it isn't 'played' like other worlds. Imagine if these changes were made on a forgotten attack world. You go from being in an area of 37 bases which you can withstand to being in an area of level 50 bases which your defence will stand no chance of withstanding.
On a morale world, the ones where people have battled to get to the centre with level 48 bases, they're suddenly confronted with level 60 bases and level 65 Guardian bases. Depending on how their army is set up they can either progress much quicker by milking the higher bases or they can farm, farm, farm the camps they generate. They won't be generating outposts anymore as the tunnels that did give outposts will have also increased.
I can foresee many problems on a production world.
Older, very old economy worlds with no morale or forgotten attacks, where players are maxed out at level 65 on most if not all of their 31 bases, that is where I see the interesting growth to be for the 100 or so players left on the world.

Outposts are worthless and always have been. The ROI is negative compared to bases. Tunnel levels were never retroactively adjusted from the last level increase, primarily due to the fact the code is too embedded to deal with properly. Tunnels have never been a contributing factor to level advancement and there is no reason to touch them now.
I'd be surprised if anyone in any old economy has 31 bases maxed out. If so, I'd be looking at their purchase history and potentially banning based on the recent funds exploit that was closed. I know a dozen between a few worlds that exploited funds and they are no where near max. I don't have access to to worlds under "X-25" though, I've heard rumors of 1 person with max bases, but that's it.
Alright, we are bringin PTE down in ~30 min from now to fix the missing loot on upgraded forgoten units.
