FORT mechanics, could devs clarify?

I will present two scenarios:

1) Player attacks the fort and his units die after 1 minute, so the fort sits idle for another 1 minute before next player can attack

2) Player attacks the fort and his attack lasts full 2 minutes, so there is no idle time, and the next player attacks immediately after.

Does the FORT heal the same in both scenarios?

Thanks you.

  • I'm not a developer but someone who has been on the killing of multiple forts over the last 5 years. The fort only starts to heal when not under attack. So under scenario 1 the fort heals a little and under scenario 2 it doesn't at all. This is one reason that players will send a level 1 unit to keep shooting against something it has no hope of killing and progressing further into the fortresses defence.

To answer briefly the question posed: No.

  • Fort heal all the time. But when attack going it is not seen. After attack end fort will heal for all 2 min(if attack was all 2 min).
All can see it in much videos if watch closely.
  • As we can see, there are different opinions on this issue, that is why it would be really nice if devs could clarify, which is it for sure. It is not a big deal, but it would just be cool to know.
  • I also think Fort is healing all the time including when attacked but I have no real proof.
  • there is like 2-4 types of healing after an attack u can see it in your battle reports
so it does types of healing between attacks.. It will not start the auto repair if you do not let the timer expire that is the important one that everyone talks about

http://prntscr.com/vw9yvm shows a first attack on the fortress. The 'initial damage' isn't shown as it was at 100% when attacked.

This one shows a 2nd attack on an outpost when the initial attack didn't damage the def hq so autorepair was possible for the forgotten.
