Tiberium 54 ERROR: 4 bonus slots package storage added and paid without buying them

Double typing multiple times on an OP today, instead of opening it, made me pay 4 bonus slots package storage.

What is this????

    Unfortunately we can't deal with payment errors (either real money or funds), you need to contact EA.com/help for assistance.

  • After one and a half hour trying to get a resolution to this situation from EA.com/help, answer is EA can NOT do anything about it.

    Can not lose 10.000 funds because of an in-game error.

    What do you recommend, moderator?

    Player has a problem
    Moderator: we can do nothing -> you have to contact EA
    EA: we have no clue about that game -> we can do nothing

    This happens far too often, but it remains the fact I can do nothing as my role is limited to moderating. There a limits to what the EE staff, mainly @EE_Elephterion can do too.

    Spending funds is recorded within the EA Origin system, neither of us have access to that, EA help may have access. However, mostly the cause of these types of issues isn't the in-game system but user error.

    how exactly did you purchase the package extension through the Outpost? Are you using any user scripts that affect the UI or add any shortcuts to the shop?

    Thats another problem here:

    you can´t say anything and you don´t know very much about that game - everybody knows that. So why are you responding in threads like this one??? Most of the time your posts don´t help at all.

    I did not make any order for bonus slots package storage. Was playing normally, then sudenly when trying to look to different outposts, double clicking on them made me pay 5 bonus slots package storage.
    I think the explanation to what happened is very clear.
    I use different kind of scripts i had never problems with.

    EA.com/help did nothing regarding this situation, furthermore, when requesting details for this or a better resolution than nothing, the EA consultant abruptly closed the discussion.

    Something is not right with this, don't you think?

    I would also want to add, although i do not know why Kinshasa551 is so upset with EA, or Envision for that matter, that this player may also have a case. Some of the things Kinshasa551 says are correct...

  • can blame users but is the game i have played alot the game is messed up not the players
