I cant log into EA main page- get error 505.
I cant log into tiberium alliances page - get error 505.

The only thing that works is the quick button to world.
Also chrome gives out of memory when playing the game.

The only place that help with funding issues is EA support.
Out of memory errors: Check you have the latest version of Chrome (or other browsers) and you're not using scripts. Scripts are the most common cause of out of memory errors.
How about you do that. Because EA is full of crap.
I chatted with support, they are idiots!
They made me install origin app, deny the problem and after finally making them understand it is their online game they said: we know about the problem and are working on it!
So i said ok, when you finished? answer: no idea!
In the mean time i cant buy TA funds for weeks now.
Creditcards: dont work for payment
iDeal payment (always worked) : does not work now
Paypal : dont work 10048 error after red 404 page flashes.
I mean, come on, how long can you guys live under a rock? whatever you did to break it, it should be reverseable or fixed in hours.. days maximum. How can this go on for weeks????

Unfortunately, the only place that can help about buying funds is EA support and as you have found out on this occasion they are unable to help too.
There has been an increase in lack of ability to buy funds over the Christmas and New Year period recently and they are looking into this difficulty. Unfortunately frontline support are never going to be able to give accurate timescales to the solving of these technical problems.
I contacted them twice and they are just some indian or pakistan callcenter. They follow the idiot scripts and make you lose 30mins before they even understand what we are complaining about.
You should escalate this to them or those who made you moderator to escalate this issue. RAISE SOME HELL!!
I have not been able to buy funds for a month now.
For sure it is very very low on their priority list to help us. And you look like a clown making excuses and escaping any and all responsibility for taking action on these types of problems. You just say we should do it. But we are treated like fools by EA and our only other resource to look for solutions is here.
I escape any and all responsibility ON FUNDING ISSUES as I have no influence or contacts to escalate it within EA. You're entitled to your opinion about me, I won't share mine about you!
My role as moderator is to ensure that the forums are monitored and discussions don't develop into slanging matches between members - it doesn't extend further than that. This is common amongst all the moderators here. We do have contact with the developers (who have no ability to take action on funding issues either) which is why the game is still working [sort of depending on who you wish to listen to] as when an issue arises within gameplayer or general game access it is drawn to their attention.
It has been 1 month now that i cannot add funds. **** like this never happened before.
If you have contact to EA to resolve issues you cannot be picky and only use it to fix gameplay issues then a big **** on that. useless
If you refuse to let EA know people are getting pissed here then dont ask for sympathy when we call you out on being useless.
EA support is **** useless. Some indian/pakistan **** tech support crap with people working there at room temperature IQ that take 30 minutes to even understand the problem we are facing.
Unreliable.. Incompetent... y'all would be fired if i paid the bills. Maybe i should ask musk to buy this hellhole so he can fire all you gimps and weirdos.

If you are sure your preferred payment method is in order and validated then customer reps will surely be able to help you figure out whats the issue there.
