If you reactivate the 200 cp packet, to all the players in the same moment, once i refresh the page, the value should be calculated by your server, apart from the moment when i do the refresh, or not ?

Yesterday, after 10 minutes i was in, but all the refineries that i raised at level 16 was at level 15 and resources disappeared.....****....every world the same problems.... 10 hours and the problem is still not solved.
