Balanced Offense

Does anyone know where to find the specialty playbooks such as Balanced Offense? The playbooks seem to be tied to teams. Also, does the glitch in the in game depth chart (replacing speed attribute with confidence ratings) really affect the game?

go into settings and pick the playbooks scroll thru all the teams and get the balanced set same on defense or if you are on team select screen where you can edit uniforms pick advanced settings and change playbook there

Thank you Snipedogg1, instead of multiple three and outs and 32% completion rates, now I am getting 13-15 play drives and 84% completion rate. There is nothing like running the offense that I have been running for the last 10 years!!! I owe you BIG TIME!!!! The game is fun again!!
