Custom roster won’t download?

There’s a certain custom roster on ps4, that won’t download. Keeps saying error. Every other one downloads fine and the one I want is working for everyone else. Anyone have any pointers on what to do? I was thinking about deleting profile, but don’t want to lose my mut team? Would it still be there if I do?
