Challenge play locked on obvious bad call

I had an obvious play where my rb made it out of the end zone and was tackled at the 1 yard line, it wasn't even close to being close, and it was called a safety. He was obviously at the one yard line... Can I challenge it? No... Challenge option is locked and it says there is nothing to challenge. This was before I watched the instant replay. Why? It was nowhere close to a safety! That's the whole reason for the challenge... Very frustrating is an understatement.

Yeah, the Challenge Play option is clearly broken. They called this a Rams' touchdown and I couldn't challenge it because there was "nothing to challenge."
