Madden NFL 19 October Title Update - Emergency Fix

Community Identified Issues

• Fixes for increased crash rate experienced by PlayStation users after the last title update earlier in the week
• Fix for users not being able to consistently snap the ball in some formations, in some cases dealing with pre-snap motions or adjustments

Gameplay update

• Additional logic added for Pass Blocking to finish off work done in previous update so that pass blockers will be better at targeting Manual QB Spy and Zone defender pass rushers that has been used as an exploit

If a qb is rushing for a Td after line of scrimmage have the defenders rush the QB instead of running away or playing a zone that no longer exist

Please bring back the noise we hear on Defense when the opposing team is kicking the ball. That’s how we attempt to block field goals and punts. There was already a counter for that in place which was “Holding X/A on the final meter stoppage to hold the snap and test the defense. I feel that lessens the creativity and authenticity of the game. Seeing how Cincinnati got there punt blocked and blocked a field goal that was later called offsides. But please can we have that back. Oh yeah and update Joe Mixon Player Likeness please. And Dalton’s Accuracy and Throwing Power. Tyler Boyd Route Running as well. You guys are sleep on my Bengals. #WhoDey

Please fix the camera in player franchise mode

Could you please update the real life rosters when choosing which rosters you're going to use in franchise mode. I want to go into that and not see the WR that we cut like two weeks ago. There's also players missing from my team and players missing from the free agency. For example, you have to sign Cameron Malveaux, cut Tanner McEvoy, make Jerome Baker the starter at LOLB, make Minkah Fitzpatrick a starting corner, sign Wesley Johnson, sign Jonathan Woodard, and sign Smith Garrison to the practice squad. This is all on the Dolphins. Thank you if you look at this.

If you haven't please update the camera angle when kicking the ball (FG & Punt) in franchise mode. I haven't played in about a month because of that terrible zoomed in look.

The rosters are terrible for every team and need to be updated correctly. There are even players missing from the game all together.

It'd be great if we could get historical stat tracking. I'd love to know where my free agents came from and makes it more immersive. It cant be that hard to add that.

Now fix the equalizer and stop bailing bums out all the time and stop making dumb stuff happen that would never happen. I always find myself asking why is this in the game. Your game is broken and infuriating please fix your gameplay its unplayable right now.

Since the patch I been having a problem with my defender responding to caught the ball when I hit triangle. I even tried on practice and it's the same thing. Sometimes they put they hands up other times the ball just hit them

Fix ranking and records in regular online head to head. This is ridiculous.

Its getting better - game shouldve been released in this state and these patches shouldve fixed the issues that still need to be addressed today forward. Everything in madden and the time it takes for something to be done/fixed and the amount of glitches that still exist just feels so half baked and garbage

How about more ways to challenge a play finding the right thing to challenge choices. Also at least have the players that have decent or high play rec or awareness rush the qb on sneaks at goal line. How about real-time stats for every player you use during and before the game (example have commentators talk about the qb's actual last game in real life and real life season stats in any game mode) update comments. Maybe real qb voices also when they are at the line of scrimmage. Different halftime shows and different end of game animations not the same from last year if so mix it up. I also want to see my actual bench players on the bench names faces etc not a no name and generic player. Different coach animations the actual coaches tendencies in real life on sideline. more tackle animations and player to player communications on defense and offense (example like when a linebacker moves his defensive line and over in a certain gap. And change up different referee voices sounds so computerized.. Stop the computer cheating if the teams a 77 or 71 have them play like it not all of sudden play like a 87 overall. I've seen the catch balls out of bounds and can't challenge it also get tackled and get back up and run for a touchdown because my guys are stuck in some animation movement.

Can something be done about the I formation y close with the end around. Everytime I try to run it my QB gets the snap and stands there while the WR coming around for the end around to continue the play but the QB is still sitting there up the centers **** and always gets tackled for a 2 yard loss. You can't even control the QB to get out of the situation. Very frustrating especially since I play online mostly and we all know how competitive it gets
