Franchise mode deleted!!!

This is the third time I’ve had a Franchise mode deleted on me! What is going on here EA!? This is sickening. Why should I bother buying/playing your product if all of my progress keeps disappearing on me??

Apparently if you play the pre-selected match in the Exhibition, it deletes your franchise and you can't even play Franchise mode again.

I have also had my franchise deleted. I dont save to the cloud but instead use my hard drive. The save file was even missing.
