What happened to forward progress?

Never had this issue before today. RB gains obvious yardage, gets tackled and the ball is spot 2 yards behind forward progress where he was dragged down. Why is this happening now?

honestly this problem is widespread... theyll juke when wide open and spin and end up win neg yards even though theres a huge hole.
