EA Sports Madden NFL,

You guys have done an amazing job with this year’s game! Starting from the presentation, adding new gear to players, playbooks, TD celebrations, etc.

Just few things to take into review for Madden 20.

-Add mouth pieces
-add Jordan x high top.
-elbow tape (make sure we can add this to created players or when editing players).
-be able to design your own football cleat.
-be able to have facescan for created players.

In madden 20 can we get rid of the three game styles and just have a realistic football game once again? Competitive mode is horrible and if I really break down all the issues with it I would typed/written a book.

The game play and presentation are definitely awesome. The Franchise Mode needs improvement.

Details are very important .. it's not trivial to add atmosphere to the game i need to feel the passion in the fans at home games, i need to feel the heat during aug and sept months and the freeze during December, not have camera men in shorts on the sidelines. Why can't there be scuffles and helmets coming off. Let us have the ability to place the waist towels and hand warmers any where on the player. Turtle necks and loose sleeves and under shirts real tv style camera cuts and replays, more bodie types and face types and facial hair. Please bring back throwback teams players and stadiums (the 90 eagles and the vet). Tv style music fox cbs. Get rid of the hit stick this is not nfl blitz. Put the qb evade stick in like espn 2k5 had plus the same half time show as 2k5 had and the weekly sports center show. I as a consumer expects this for the 63 dollars i pay. If not then the game is worth 20.

I believe the helmets coming off and scuffles are reviewed by NFL which doesn’t want it to look like old days with ambulance coming on the field to pick up injured player. I wish they would add weather and wind to H2H online along with players cold breath animation in cold weather. They have all this content planned to launch each month for MUT only. I didn’t see pink shoes for cancer month or army covered shoes or gloves for November. Add all of this and fix the broken leaderboard and stat tracker and we have madden 12. Madden game changers that try to help fix stuff like this last a year and get rolled out of program unless they stick to agenda that ea has set for them to test. I try to be positive about direction of where this game is going but it’s hard when you see communities voicing what they want and EA focusing on microtransactions and MUT content only. Until there stock goes way down and sales go flat your not going to see much change.

I just want to say great job play design team, you guys really brought the goods this year with cover 4 quarters and cover 4 psalms.

New Play suggestions (for next madden, or eventually)

1. Cover 3 buzz match from 3-4 and 4-3 formations.

(The purpose of this play would be for several reasons. First, a defense can disguise their cover 3 with a two high shell pre snap. Second, the strong safety can provide run support, while the free safety can take away the deep post. Strong side stretch and deep post are my two main concerns vs pro formations, and this play would take away both, while disguising it as a cover 2 pre snap.

2. Cover 3 cyclone for all defensive formations

(A sister of cover 3 cloud, cover 3 cyclone would make the corner on the strong side of an offensive trips formation play the hard flat, and the rest of the secondary would rotate or “roll”. The purpose of this play is primarily to take away screens, quick passing game, and outside runs towards the trips side of an offense.

3. Cover 2 Robber (inverted cover 2) for all defensive formations

(Exactly like the cover 2 side of cover 6 invert, cover 2 robber would switch the roles of the cornerback and safety to each side. The cornerbacks would take the deep 1/2’s and the safeties would drop down into the cloud/flat zone. The purpose of this play would be to show the quarterback cover 4 quarters but actually be in a cover 2 concept. This play would intercept a lot of deep outs and comeback routes, as well as provide 9 defensive players in run fits.)

Just some suggestions for future madden games, I hope you like these suggestions. You guys have done a great job installing new plays this year, let’s keep it going!

The interception camera flip needs to go away. I’ve missed so many pick six’s because of the player freezing from initial camera to the flipped. I think this should be option for players to pick. The you wouldn’t have to take your hands off the controller unlit it flips interceptions. Like I said fix this inside of adding stupid freeze content on MUT every month.

take away that long shot story rather have and RPG style career mode that fines you as a HOF or wash up player after first conract etc..

M.U.T is completely absurd they either trash it or make it it's own game because it's not fair to have to compete against players that have money to burn, let those players compete with each other and leave us realistic players alone. Focus on making a true NFL game and make your slogan really mean something. (It's in the game). EA it really isn't your missing key parts 1. being the drama. 2. being the crowd listen to the video game compared to tv. 3. refs they may as well not be there where is the challenges for fumbles and ball spots and chain measure. 4. loose sleeves and loose shirts that flow like nba 2ks uniforms. 5. throw back teams players and stadiums. Real tv style camera cuts. 6.sidelines need to be fully alive. 7. tv style music cbs abc fox espn nfl network ect. 8. player models not every body has a greek god body. 9. Im sorry but this game belongs to us not the nfl i want fights ejections and injures just like the real thing put a pg sticker on it and let us decide to turn it on or off. EA we are begging you please do all of this for madden 20 we can not wait any longer were not all young anymore.

Agreed 100%. This year's version is sooo bad. All I play is MUT with buddies and the content that they lack is very disappointing.

They only care about the money the gameplay director is a ex lineman yet the blocking in the game is horrible players stop middle of the play instead of attempting to block even in the pocket or after the catch

the gameplay has been the same since 15' when they added the new catch system the big hit only has one animation the gang tackles never been realistic the CPU always swat the ball to the opposite side of the feild look like a rebound bouncing off the rim *haven't seen a tip pass go over 10 yards in my life*

The challenge system has been the same since they added it in 0somthing give more options in the areas

Only thing that changes is the presentation display menu and the one hand catch you never see on a 9 route in real life

Every player has the same moves and animation QB should have multiple passing animation every player isn't the same

I don't play MUT it's pointless I don't wanna play against the same players I have it's over 99 season of football a million players in and out the league but every October there is a Sean Taylor or Lawrence Taylor card coming out

it became a money thing poor gameplay and overall logic

*please overhaul the scouting in franchise mode
*new score bored like fox or espn or cbs
* overhaul free agency
* overhaul gameplay
* bring back superstar mode
* spotify music
* more staduims
* new locations
* put in DC/OC
* overhaul the news section on franchise mode
* use real collage player for scouting for one year
That pretty much it plz think about those things i love madden and im so tankful to ea for making good madden but now its time to make a huge overhaul on the game

Are you kidding me?!?!? You seriously think this was a great job of programming? I mean really. Have you ever played football for real? This is one of the laziest bum jobs of programming I've seen. This is nearly as disappointing as Madden 2006. I've been playing Madden for as long as it has been around and I've logged more time on it than most of the programmer shave been adults and I promise you - this Madden is awful. Quit worrying about the fluff and be concern about the core game play. Terrible blocking, awful movement mechanics, and systemic poor AI is not a "Great" programming job. Why do you care if they add just the right colored flags on the Stadium in KC when the game mechanics are busted. 2005 was the last great Madden Football because that's when they still had competition to push them to be better.

I just saw you want to design your own cleat. Fans like you are why this title has turned to junk. You want the developers to build a design a shoe element..... I want a FB that actually lead blocks but no, lets design a feaking shoe. Whew Hoo, nothing screams football realism like a Nike Pro Fang High Top that you designed yourself. OMG I loathe your generation. (I'm watching my snowflake timer to see how long it takes before this is flagged)

I agree! Design a decent physics engine and then build around it with players external attributes as fit. There are so many requests I’m just going to stop here with the basics.
