Why does it say 10,000 coins when you put it in the item exchange? I don't wanna exchange it if this is some sort of error. Need instruction ASAP

that's cause you need 10 mvp badges and your screen shot says only 6

I got my MVP certificate and it wants to just give me 10k in coins? I did what the help desk said still nothing. I spent a lot of money I want my players or I will have to call my credit card company and stop and dispute charges for this game. I shouldn’t have to beg when U paid. I think I am going to file a complaint with the AG office. I have an apple air 2 .

mine said 10k too... but just exchange it and the pack will pop up after. or did you already exchange it and get nothing?
