I arrive in my last year of franchise contract my player
my team offers me an offer but I do not see what it entails
I can just accept or refuse without really seeing is this normal?

Your only option is to accept or refuse. If you refuse, you will not receive another offer from them. You will go to Free Agency at the end of the year. Then you will get some sad offers from some teams. You will only have the option to accept those immediately or get stuck forever as a FA.

As a 95 QB, I didn't accept the first offers in FA, and after that I seemed to get Kaepernick'd.
