“Balancing” weak and strong teams

This obviously continues..... Throwing a deep pass successfully is virtually impossible. Fast receivers are run down...double and triple teamed by slower DBs. Either the ball is knocked away or picked. The differences in power, OVR, etc. appear negligible to overall team play.

This may be viewed as a rant, but leveling makes people who spend time and money on the game view that as a waste of time.
