Completed both Mayfield and D Jones EPICS mode but no rewards

I have completed both NFL EPICS mode and have not received the rewards for them.
Please help me with this!

yes sir, both were completed to earn all stars and have the check mark on it and the 100% completed tag to it. I just dont understand why i dont have them .

@habsmarkov70 if you completed the challenges and have the number of stars needed in order to obtain the NFL Epics, then I would contact our EA help live support so we can further look into this.
