Super User MLB
The SUPER USER MLB is ridiculous I'd never seen one player cover 5 routes at one time the creative team at EA for Madden try to make the game as real as possible this isn't close to real no one in the NFL can cover 5 players at once ..(yes this is a game) but still they never get tired they cover slants, drags, streaks , outs, & the run at the same time never get tired ..Now I know they're a strafe button that they hold moving side to side go to a football field(heck a driveway) & strafe & see how fast you can move..impossible !! please fix this (real as POSSIBLE) don't think so

I play defensive POV & user & man is it hard, but I think it’s the way defense should be forced to play
now the super LB in pass coverage just doesn't make the game fun i rather see more drops and defections than the LB picking it off yeah it's possible for them to do so but every game different type player same play style is kinda trash
That's what I've been saying especially with someone user lurking with shazier no linebacker covers that much field to get an interception it's impossible I had an open receiver throwing the ball to my open receiver and all of a sudden the guys user lurking with shazier got the interception I'm really getting sick of it it's ruining the game and it's all the young kids in h2h mut abusing the same plays over and over and over and over again it gets really boring playing someone like that that's spamming the same plays it's getting really stale playing trash players like that
The real problem is connection & dpov being behind the offense. They change that & this stupid stuff stops. Only user picks will be ppl reading qb’s & players, like actual nfl defense.
But these cheese heads would riot about not being top ranked anymore lol
How many times did I see 5'11'' Pat Tillman gets a user speedburst and mosses my 6'5'' Megatron from behind and he doesnt even try to catch it.
I've been seeing some opposite feedback from others on the forums lately on how the receivers will always catch the ball in traffic with diving catches like what you see after 4 minutes in the video here: https://forums.ea.com/en/madden-nfl/discussion/257801/extremely-easy-user-catch-route-in-west-coast-playbook-madden-20#latest
My assumption is that most of you want the linebacker's agility, jump ability, and awarenessto be reduced? The team made changes this year on how linebackers can't make interceptions as easy when their backs are turned to the QB based off Madden 19 feedback, however keep in mind that when we're this deep into the Madden season and players are sporting 99 OVR teams, you will see very fast linebackers on the field at 98+ overalls.
Question for you all, do you have different strategies going into the game depending on whether your opponent is using a linebacker or safety? IF they're using a linebacker, I try to do more counter players if the opponent isn't staying still in the same position. If they are going left to right of the defensive line I'll snap the ball when they're on the opposite side of the run which helps them take the bait. Half the time there is an option to cut back to the other side if a wide enough hole is there.
Yeah the diving catch is another story I get why players dont like this catch. But thats a different story.
What I tried to tell is the situation when they user a MLB and you have a deep pass wide open and the safety still picks it even if he isnt in the right position. I get it that there are many 99ovr safeties now and they ar faster but if you are beaten by an 99 speed WR you shouldnt be able to click on him and have an unrealistic speedburst. This makes the passing game incredible hard.
I think it was right to make the MLB worse in catching when he's not looking at the ball.
There is feedback on how it's unfair that 99 OVR DBs are getting burned by lower OVR receivers with less speed or vise-versa where the DB can catch up to players like Tyreek Hill. It's tough to balance this out to please all sides because if speed always trumped everything else, players would always value speed the highest and only look at that stat. I suppose you get make it where they can't get to top speed if you lower their ability to get off pressed coverage more often, but at the same time you have players like Tyreek in real life that aren't blowing past above average DBs on every play. Sometimes they just don't get the full jump to turn on the afterburners.
With more players in MUT having 98+ OVR teams it's going to feel a lot faster than what you saw at the beginning of the year. Especially with the abilities you can place on some of those linebackers it make them feel tough to pass around. This isn't to say you all don't have valid points and we'll acknowledge your frustrations behind this feedback. I'd like to agree with you on having their catching ability reduced unless they're the top linebackers in the game. You don't see too many linebackers in real life catching bullet passes from QBs when they're bodies aren't in near perfect position.
Yeah you are right with your point. I dont thinks speed should dominate everything and a tyreek hill should always burn everyone ona a simple streak thats not realistic. But I just dont like the speedbursts after the throws. Like when they have 5+ yards separation with a player like hill or ross and can catch up with them again.
I really dont have a problem with the LB catchings this year. Like you said they dont intercept this passes in the NFL often so its perfectley fine. The LB just shoudnt be able to change directions so fast thats my point i dont like with the LB this year.
Yes, and I am not naming them or else a video countering my counters will suddenly show up on You Tube.
