There will be a server maintenance tomorrow morning, Friday, November 1st starting at 9:30AM ET. During this server maintenance Franchise online services will not be available.

We will update this thread once the server maintenance is complete and Franchise online services are available.

Is there a time frame that it will down? I understand if you’re hesitant to say because folks can get cranky way.

Auto correct hates me. Is there a time frame that it will be down for? I understand if you don’t want to say because people can get pretty cranky, pretty fast.

Is the maintenance complete? I’m able to access 2 of my leagues via APP but I still can’t get into the 3rd. Same one that I originally had issues with.

Same issue. I am able to access 2 of my leagues but the third is still down. The one that is down crashed before all the others on 10/31.

Same on my end. The original one that I couldn’t get in is still down. Had a 2nd go down hours after. My 3rd never went down.

@EA_KRAELO when will the balance of CFM’s be reachable? Still several online CFM’s are down. Thanks.

Can we get an update? The maintenance is over and I'm still getting EA servers are unavailable. We're trying to finish our conference championships.

I still can’t into one of my leagues. It says “loading” with the spinning football and just stays there.

What’s bothering me is I see no attempt to update people on the games status.

Yeah man. There silence speaks volumes as to what’s important to them. Let them incorporate some type of way to pay for Stuff in CFM and see how fast they fix it! They can care less about CFM. This game and all these stupid abilities have ruined the game. EA has spent countless hours trying to prevent “glitch plays” yet they are the ones who have provided the community with the ultimate glitches. How do they expect people to compete in franchise when you get stuck with the Bucs and your opponent was fortunate enough to get the Cowboys?? It’s no longer about skill! The goal is to keep more people interested for a longer period of time. Leveling the playing field equals $$

You're right: if this was MUT, we wouldn't be talking about it because it'd be fixed by now. CFM, they don't care. Friday is my day off...this is my Madden day. And they just took it away from me this week.

It's sad n I agree with u both ..... I can adjust to whatever but u just locked me out of all 4 of my lgs n it's fustrating like u just take the game away .........#boycott

@EA_KRAELO I wish I could say this surprised me. The earlier posts here make a valid point. If this was an aftermarket profit generating part of the Madden product, it would not only have better communication regarding support, but would probably never go down in the first place (when was the last time MUT was unavailable for an extended period?).

I would like to also point out the issues within online head to head. You are supposed to be able to "compare stats" with opponents but this has not worked all year. Not only that, but it didn't work all of Madden 19 either... This is an issue acknowledged in the forums, but remains unfixed to this day. @EA_Barry @EA_Blueberry

If either one of these parts of Madden generated after market profits (sold us coins like MUT) these would be top priorities and fixed immediately. It is disappointing to see these kinds of actions from the Madden franchise I have supported for so long. You were able to corner the market for a reason, but your greed and overall exploitation of the gamers recently is starting to cause issues.

It's inexcusable that one of the key components of this game goes down, and the company cannot even offer timely updates on the issue. The sole reason I bought Madden 20, an XBOX One, and XBOX live was to play online franchise with a friend of mine from across the pond. Now I can't, when everything was working fine before this supposed "update" or "maintenance". I still have the spinning "loading" screen when attempting to access my cloud franchise, as does my friend who is in the league.

Everyone who bought this game deserves a refund.

It shows @EA_KRAELO has posted an update on a MUT Forum but yet no update to all the franchise players here. This may be an unpopular view but I’d be willing to pay for franchise being a separate game all together. if it gets the same love MUT does. Why was this set for 9:30 ET on a Saturday, where 90% of your customer are trying to use your product? Bad planning, bad decision making, EA at its core.

It was set for Friday. Lot of leagues still not accessible so problem is deeper than thought probably. CFM makes no extra money so doubt they’re paying overtime and weekend pay to fix it. Put the controller down a couple days and hope for the best Monday or Tuesday I guess
