Madden 20 Kickoff glitch

I played a game against an online opponent in which on 2 occasions he lined up in onside kick formation, but then his kicker ran right through the ball and then a phantom kicker kicked the ball off normally to the one person I had back there to receive. This is the same glitch that cheaters used in Madden 19 and I was hoping it would be fixed. I also want to report the player who did it but I am not sure how to do that.
