So the 11/30 midnight sale (10 minute one) I cannot get into the store it keeps kicking me out and saying it cannot process my request

How are we suppose to be able to buy packs when they come out if the servers crash? Kinda ridiculous that you miss something cause the server shuts down.

Everytime i try to buy the blitz pack for 500coins i get an error that doesnt let me get it. I have logged out and restarted my game several times.

Unable to purchase anything in the Blitz part of the Store but can in the other sections. Have already missed out on some items due to the time frame availability.

Hey im just wondering if anyone else kept getting kicked out of the store during the theme diamond 10 minute sale, i could not even stay on the server if this is a sign of things to come i will be unable to get the upcoming 10 minute sales and that is not right.

Onc3 again i have been locked out of the store and unable to purchase the 10 minute blitz packs this is bush league i know its the holidays but fix your broken servers i have been a loyal player since thr beginning i am done after this.

Same for everybody, same as last nights doorbuster. IT's easy to have a sale when you don't actually sell anything.

So that is the 2nd Door buster sale I have missed now, after I purchased points specifically for those sales.

I know I just made a thread complimenting you guys are getting rid of global limits and changing it to personal, but you need to change these stupid 10 minute sales too.

Your servers get overloaded and crash and your good customers cannot purchase the door buster sales. This is nonsense, and quite frankly borderline Fraud if we are not allowed to purchase said bundles after we spend money in anticipation of them being ready at X time.

Now the store works again after the door buster sale...........really? Are we going to be compensated for this?

Back to back nights with not being able to purchase the doorbusters. What's in the works for a fix?

The remaining Doorbuster Offers will also be extended from 10 mins to 1 hour going forward (i.e. Series Redux/NFL 100 Centennial).

The final plan is still being worked on but we wanted to give you an update ASAP re: next steps. I'll update this tweet with details.

UPDATE: The MUT Team is targeting to reprop the last two Doorbuster Offers around 12PM ET tomorrow, Sat., November 30th.

If you managed to purchase the offer originally, it will not be available to you again. These offers are only available if you could not get them originally.

I bought one of the door buster specials that was supposed to include blitz points and did not get the blitz boltz. Opened all the packs but the bonus never showed up.

When I try to get the door deal diamonds theme or 24x gridiron bundle it says there’s an error. You only have an hour to do this know only 3 min always something wrong with the downloadable stuff

Second day in a row I’m not able to get on and get my blitz deals due to servers crashing wyd ea do you job
