How to upload the video into the post

@NatureBoy2323 always has sweet videos to upload into his posts. i want to take a different approach by uploading my coaches office clips and break downs to the post itself so you can see me interacting with coaches office while i speak. Anyone have a link on this? I know nature boy knows how. Please help??

Do you put them on YouTube? If so, all you have to do is post the link in a thread and it will appear.

I have not started posting on You Tube yet, i want to learn. Posting a link in a thread sounds a bit foreign to me right now. Ill get it though. I need to find some video on how to do it, i think.
