franchise mode additions coaches need to bring more to a game than just a scheme and a playbook, there needs to be at least a minor carousel with Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams coordinators and a Scouting Department and Trainer, with bonus's and penalties applied to who you hire. Speaking of Scouts, trainers and Coordinators... This Will be a great addition to franchise mode promoting staff affect teams chemistry and players morels.. having different coaches personalities that can persuade players and effect for gameplay

One of my higher level ideas is to create a coach & then get HC, oc, dc & even positional grades so that on different difficulty levels you have a marker of where you’re at but just to have these options back in the game & be more than cosmetic? Would be great
