What would you ADD/REMOVE for next year's Madden?

As ive said in many posts or posts that recognize me as The True Madden Icon, btw i dont say that, thats for others to say and they do. what would you want to see in next year's game and or what do you want removed from the game?
here are some very Iconic changes we would like to see, as i usually am head on the nail when speaking for others:

*ADD
- weekly highlight reel/show of all weekly plays in online and offline franchise.
- most EA games have 32+ player game servers, add a 12-22 player game lobby for pro bowl online.
- add a legends roster (use a realistic style like that of "ShocksLegends" roster) we dont want unrealistic "MUT-Like" ratings.
- add off/def/st coaches to coach pool.
- Add an Agent mode to player mode
- be able to add player traits to a roster, instead of having to edit in a created franchise.
- to unlock all time teams (to use in franchise), have team challenges to unlock players...hell EA has the player rights through their agreement with the NFLPA. or add Hall of famers to unlock (NOT FOR MUT!)
- BRING BACK FACIAL IMAGE SCANS.
- add more REALISTIC STADIUM BUILDS/OPTIONS TO FRANCHISE, WEVE HAD THE SAME 4 FOR 6 YEARS NOW...#PATHETIC!!
- in franchise add expansion teams option
- in franchise be able to fix/edit teams in divisions (like putting the cowboys in the NFC south or NFC west where they geologically belong, this isnt 1964 anymore there arent only 8 teams in the NFL.)

**REMOVE
- THE MOST IMPORTANT, REMOVE ANY EXISTENCE OF MADDEN ULTIMATE TEAM!!
- REMOVE MADDEN ULTIMATE TEAM
- REMOVE THE GLITCHY SALARY CAP ISSUES AND CAP PENALTIES ON FRANCHISE, its such a waste and doesnt even work right!
- fix ratings style, just because a player has a breakout year, doesnt mean he should be rated a 99 overall. to be honest if a player isnt in the hall of fame or broke multiple records he shouldnt even be in the thought of being considered a 99 overall.
- remove MUT

I like a lot of your ideas and I have seen several others ask for the same exact things.
For franchise:
•Weekly Wrap Up Show

•Assistant coaches/Coordinators

•Create-a-playbook in franchise w/formation subs

•Add compensatory picks

•Change the draft/Fix AI drafting logic

•All new scouting system

•Add a playable Senior Bowl

•Be able to customize abilities

•Better stat tracking w/team information

•Add a real practice mode inside franchise
where rookies can earn their keep + gain XP

•Bring Training Camp back

•Add real game planning

•Remove pointless scenario engine “game
planning”

For Madden in general:
•Update create a player

•Bring back create a team

•Bring back create a fan

•Bring back create a stadium

•Bring back legendary teams w/ ability to insert them into franchise mode or quick play

great ideas if you see my latest post, im a programmer for EA, this week ive been working on programming for the next years game. so read my post it will show what i have programmed "pre-engine insertion" so it may crash when i do but all it takes is some tweeks and programming knowledge. the 42-page development of programming will be on the desk of the executive branch at EA on wednesday. i hope you appreciate and like i said im trying guys, i can program, but if EA, the NFL and all other concerned parties dont agree, then its out of my hands once it leaves my hands.
